Start your weekend with intention, stillness, and clarity. The Saturday Morning Empty Circle Zen Meditation is a longer-format session ideal for deepening your practice or finding grounded calm before the day begins.
This weekly gathering includes:

– Evening Bell Chant
– English Heart Sutra
– Meditation – 20 minutes
– Walking Meditation (break 5 minutes)
– Meditation – 20 minutes
– Metta Sutra
– Kwan Seum Bosal Chanting

– Dharma Talk
Who Can Attend:
Everyone is welcome—no previous experience required. Come as you are. Instructions and support are always available for newcomers.
What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing
A meditation cushion or bench if you prefer (chairs available)
Water bottle (optional)
A spirit of presence and curiosity
