Hosted By: The Empty Circle Zen Group Event Description: Join us for Empty Circle Zen Meditation, a weekly opportunity to slow down, sit in stillness, and reconnect with your inner peace. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or brand new to meditation, you are warmly welcome.
The Empty Circle Zen Group practices a form of silent seated meditation rooted in the Zen Buddhist tradition. Sessions typically include:

– Four Great Vows
– Evening Bell Chant
– English Heart Sutra
– Meditation – 20 minutes
– Walking Meditation (break 5 minutes)
– Meditation – 20 minutes
– Metta Sutra
– Kwan Seum Bosal Chanting
– Four Great Vows
– Dharma Talk
Who Can Attend: This group is open to all—regardless of experience, background, or beliefs. Chairs are available, and you may bring your own cushion if preferred.
